Hello all,

We have finalized all the planning for the All PHHS Alumni 2010 Reunion. Attached is a document with all the information along with the Class Reps contact information. Andy Fugate (PHHS ’77) also has posted the information on the new Park Hills website, www.parkhillsgrads.com Also attached is area hotel information.

Since the reunion is the 3rd weekend in July (Saturday, July 17) and same weekend as the Dayton Air Show, we do encourage out of town classmates to make hotel reservations now. You will also see the cost to attend the reunion is cheaper now and increases the closer we get to the reunion. This is also encouragement for folks to send in their reservation and money early. That helps the Class reps help pay for any up front expenditures.

You will see there is two ways to pay, one is by check mailed to Teresa (Meyers) Pleasant (PHHS ’79), and check made out to Park Hills Class of 1979. The Class of ’79 just had their 30th Reunion and Teresa volunteered to use their established checking account and act as our treasurer. The 2nd way is by credit card with a PayPal account that has been set up. Using the Paypal account is no extra charge for you, the classmates. Same price as if you wrote and mailed a check. But gives you the ease of paying with a credit card.

We think we have everything in place for a great First of having this type of reunion and hope it is the kickoff of many to come. Please help spread the word by posting on any of the social networks like Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and so forth. For those who are the web masters for their class, please post the information on your individual class websites. We hope to see many of you there.

Now as all of you know, Fairborn is one big community, and even though there were once two high schools, there are a number of us who had friends at both high schools. I am personally inviting any Baker grads who would like to be a part of this to let them know they are more than welcome. I ran into Mike Foy (Baker ’78) last night and we talked about some of this. And I realized we all grew up in Fairborn and a number of classmates (PHHS, Baker, FHS) still make Fairborn their home and community. So I want all to know that I feel this is a reunion for all of us.

Thanks and see you next July.
